• Find suppliers with competitive prices and reasonable policies. Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, payment terms, and appropriate discounts for each product line.
• Confirm delivery schedules & monitor the supplier’s shipping process, handling complaints if there are any discrepancies with the goods.
• Monitor payments, maintain good relationships with partners.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize data to develop procurement plans and control information.
• Receive and assess product quality, handle situations where goods don’t match samples, fail to comply with contracts, are damaged, or incorrect in quantity according to company policy.
• Update the Director and related departments on timely changes in product prices and new products.
• Manage all purchasing records, prepare periodic purchasing reports or upon request from superiors.

Easy Requirements:

• Fluent in Chinese.
• English: Good communication and technical skills.
• 1-3 years of purchasing experience (in skincare, beauty, cosmetics, health care, or retail companies).
• Knowledge of FIFO, forecasting, and ability to source trading and raw materials in the cosmetics industry.
• QC skills to ensure product quality according to industry standards.
• Experience working in the Chinese or Global market with partner data in those regions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and manage contracts.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous.
